Normally, working with Balayya Babu is like walking on fire. One has to race against the deadlines set by Balayya Babu. There shouldn’t be any lag between finalising the story and the commencement of the shoot. Whatever the complexities of the storyline and whatever the visual effects, the film shoot has to perforce progress at break-neck speed. This might put the director under tremendous pressure. But, that’s film making Balayya style.
This is one reason why Boyapati could not set his next film with Balayya Babu. When Balayya Babu is ready, Boyapati is not ready. By the time Boyapati is ready with everything, Balayya Babu would already have taken up some other project. But, after the complete disaster of NTR biopic, Balayya Babu has slowed down a bit.
He isnot said to be putting pressure on Boyapati to start the film fast. He is said to have asked him to take time and get his script fully OK. Only then, he wants the film shoot to start. Meanwhile, he can focus on politics as it is election time. So, Boyapati has time till the elections to get a powerful mass story ready for Balayya Babu. This will also help him in getting over the effects of Vinaya Vidheya Rama’s flop
