Mehboob Dilse, a popular YouTuber known for his dance videos gained widespread fame after participating in the Telugu reality show, Bigg Boss. His engaging performances and charming personality made him a household name, leading to appearances in various dance shows and game shows. Mehboob has earned a solid reputation on YouTube and in the entertainment industry.
On July 29, Mehboob celebrated his birthday with a grand party, inviting close friends and colleagues from the industry. The celebration took place at a container resort in Ghatkesar under the jurisdiction of the Excise Police Station in Medchal District, Hyderabad. What was supposed to be a joyous occasion turned into a legal issue, as the police received reports that the birthday celebration was a rave party.

The authorities registered a case against Mehboob and the party organizer, launching an investigation into the event. According to the police, the party did not have permission from the Excise Department. After the party ended, police seized 10 liters of liquor and five liters of beer from the resort.
The incident has sparked a wave of criticism on social media with many trolling Mehboob for the alleged rave party. Friends and fellow celebrities, including Shweta Naidu, Geethu Royal, Sri Satya, and Virupaksha fame Ravikrishna were also said to be at the party.
