Situation turned unrest at Macheral, after TDP leaders Bonda Uma, Budda Venkanna were attacked by unidentified miscreants. The incident happened as the TDP leaders were on way to Macherla to facilitate the nominations of TDP candidates ahead of the civic body elections. The viral video shows unidentified men attacked the car the leaders were travelling in.
TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu condemned the attack and alleged the conspiracy by YSRCP government. “What is the DGP doing? Still there is no reaction from DGP and this means the entire police system has collapsed. It is the luck of TDP leaders and advocate to have escaped this incident,” said Chandrababu.
