Dasara is a film that has caught the imagination of many. The makers promoted the film in such a way that so much hype was created for the trailer and now that it has been released, it is just wow.
The trailer starts with Keerthy Suresh getting introduced and she has gone de-glam and looks different. But she suits the role of a village belle. But it is Nani who is amazing in a new avatar. All this while, we have only seen him do comedy and romantic roles but here goes 360 and shocks us with his screen presence. The main villain Shine Tom also suits his role but he is not showcased that much.
Lack of proper conflict
From day one, Nani has been shouting from the rooftops that Dasara will be the best film of his career. Likewise, the trailer lives up to all the hype created. The manner in which the conflict point is not given importance but the scenes are is the best part.
The mass elements are the best in Dasara. The last shot where Nani punches a goon gives an idea of how the film is going to be, rustic. The production values are top and so much is spent on the look of the film but is all worth it as it is showcased so nicely. The camera work, BGM by Santosh Narayan, and visuals are amazing.
Dasara has all the trappings to become a big hit at the box office and the trailer promises so. From the trailer, one gets a feeling that the villain is weak but the other elements like fights, songs, and drama will overshadow this and make this film memorable for Nani. Dasara releases on the 30th of March.
Bottom Line – Nani shocks us with his massy attitude
