Devika and Danny OTT:
The Telugu web series Devika and Danny is ready to stream on JioHotstar from June 6, 2025. The announcement was made through social media along with its trailer. The series promises a deep and emotional story that explores love, choices, and personal growth.
In the series, Ritu Varma plays the role of Devika, a middle-class woman living a quiet life. Her world changes when she meets Danny, played by Surya Vashistta. What starts as a casual meeting soon grows into a meaningful and emotional relationship. The story follows their journey of discovering themselves while dealing with their emotions and the people around them.
The web series is created by Deepak Raj and directed by B. Kishore. It is produced by Sudhakar Chaganti under the Joy Films banner, with Suresh Yerra as co-producer. The series also stars Siva Kandukuri, Subbaraju, Kovai Sarala, Soniya Singh, Gokaraju Ramana, Sivannarayana, Viva Harsha, Shanmukh, Abhinaya Sri, Mounika Reddy, and Ishwarya Vullingala.
The technical team includes Jay Krish, who composed the music. Venkat C Dillip handled the cinematography, while Karthikeyan Rohini was in charge of editing. Ramanjaneyulu took care of the production design. V. Rammurthy Netha and Lavanya Reddy Tetala worked on color grading. The sound design was led by J.R. Eathiraaj.
Visual effects were done under the guidance of Kallakuntla Verra, Brahmaiah, and Vegetal Mohan Jagadish. Costume design was managed by Rajesh Kamarsu and Sridevi Tetali. Action scenes were choreographed by Venkat and Rajkumar. Naga Nandini Ppuuli served as the creative producer.
Devika and Danny is expected to appeal to audiences who enjoy realistic, emotional stories. With strong performances and a touching storyline, it adds value to the growing list of regional content on OTT platforms.
The series will be available exclusively on JioHotstar starting June 6, 2025.
