Vijay Sethupathi and Nithya Menen’s upcoming movie Thalaivan Thalaivii has become the talk of the town after the makers released its title teaser. Directed by Pandiraj, the teaser has gone viral mainly due to the chemistry between the lead actors and a cheeky dialogue that netizens think references real life couple Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan.
In the teaser, Vijay and Nithya are shown preparing the South Indian dish “kothu parotta” in what looks like a restaurant setting. As they argue over their marriage in a humorous tone, their banter keeps viewers entertained. Actor Yogi Babu makes an appearance and delivers a line that has become the highlight: “This couple is not normal like us.” Fans believe this line is a humorous jab aimed at Nayanthara and her filmmaker husband Vignesh Shivan.
