Over the last few days, a lot has been written and said over Priyanka Chopra’s brother Siddharth’s wedding getting cancelled. While earlier, we informed you that mother Madhu Chopra had said that the wedding was called off mutually, but she didn’t give out the reason.
However, now in an interview, Madhu Chopra has given out the reason stating that son Siddharth needed more time for marriage. She said, “My son Siddharth said he was not ready for marriage yet. He explained he needed more time.” A source also told the portal that “this arranged marriage was being pushed a bit in haste”.
Soon after the wedding new got called off, Ishita had deleted the Roka ceremony pictures. A while ago, Ishita took to Instagram to share a picture of herself with the caption, “Cheers to new beginnings. With a goodbye kiss to beautiful endings”. Notably, this is the second time that Siddharth’s wedding got called off. Previously, he was engaged to his then-girlfriend Kanika Mathur. However, the wedding got cancelled in the last minute.
