In her debut podcast, titled “Understanding Autoimmunity,” Samantha collaborates with wellness coach Alkesh Sharotri to discuss her battle with an autoimmune condition for the past two years.

Samantha said, “I felt guilty as I believed that my good lifestyle, workouts, diet food, and all other good habits would never cause health issues. However, despite having such a healthy lifestyle, auto-immune occurs, due to extreme work stress and also lack of proper sleep”.
