In a shocking instance, Rajinikanth 2.0 actress Maya Krishnan has been accused of sexual harassment by theatre artiste Ananya Ramaprasad. She gave detailed lengthy Facebook post of of sexual abuse meted by Maya, narrating how she tried to control her life.

“Writing this post is one of the hardest things I’ve had to do because it deals with a horrific and traumatic period in my life that I’m still recovering from. I am a victim of sexual, mental and emotional manipulation, abuse, and most horrifically, GASLIGHTING, all at the hands of my abuser, Maya S Krishnan (sic),” wrote Ananya.
“I first met my abuser in 2016, when I just turned 18 and she was 25, during rehearsals for my first ever production. I was a complete novice in every respect – personally and professionally. She was supposedly a rising star in the entertainment circle. So when she took an interest in me during rehearsals, and told me that with her mentorship I could be the next big thing,” she added in her Facebook post.
Meanwhile, 2.0 makers have planned a Diwali gift for the fans which is sure a double treat. Film’s antagonist Akshay Kumar announced about the films trailer launch date and since then it has left fans ecstatic and eager. “The fifth force is coming! Gear up, ‘2.0’ trailer launching on November 3,” Akshay tweeted. Akshay about his role had said, “most powerful character and one which has probably stayed with me for the longest time,”, adding, ” I am the dark superhero for those who don’t have a voice! Humans beware”.
