Samantha in Trouble Again?Doctor Slams Her Over Health Advice
Tollywood actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is once again facing controversy. Recently, she shared a post on Instagram promoting a supplement called NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide). Samantha claimed that NMN boosts NAD (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) levels in the body, which helps increase energy, improve focus, and aid recovery. She also mentioned that she is now the co-founder of the supplement brand because she strongly believes in its benefits.
However, a well-known social media health expert called “The Liver Doctor” criticized Samantha for promoting what he called a fake or unproven product. He said Samantha is not a scientist and does not understand the risks of promoting such supplements without scientific evidence. According to him, NMN is being falsely advertised as an anti-aging miracle. While some animal studies suggest slight improvements in activity levels, there is no proof that it increases lifespan or prevents age-related diseases in humans.

The Liver Doctor also warned that NMN may not even reach human cells effectively and accused celebrities like Samantha of misleading people by endorsing unverified products. He advised the public to focus on natural ways to stay healthy—like proper diet, regular exercise, good sleep, and avoiding harmful habits like smoking and drinking. He urged people not to trust false marketing or influencer claims and to rely only on evidence-based medical advice.
This is not the first time Samantha has faced backlash from the Liver Doctor. Earlier too, he criticized her social media posts about health products. Fans and medical experts now await Samantha’s response to these serious accusations.
