The makers of the popular Bollywood action series Dhoom are all set to release the fourth film in the franchise after a long gap. The third film, Dhoom 3, came out in 2013, and now, thirteen years later, Dhoom 4 is gearing up for production.

Top Bollywood producer Aditya Chopra, who has been working on the project with his team, recently confirmed that Ranbir Kapoor will be the lead actor in Dhoom 4. The script has been finalized by Aditya Chopra along with writer Sridhar Raghavan. Reports suggest that Ayan Mukerji may direct the film, bringing fresh energy to this popular series.

The shooting for Dhoom 4 is expected to start in April 2026, with the movie likely to hit theaters in 2027. Currently, Ranbir Kapoor is busy with several other projects including Ramayana, Love and War, and Animal Park, which he plans to complete before starting work on Dhoom 4.
