Naga Chaitanya’s next film is with his uncle Venkatesh. The film is tentatively titled Venky Mama and is being helmed by Jai Lava Kusa director Bobby. Rakul Preet Singh will play foil for Naga Chaitanya. This would be the second time they would be pairing up together. The first time they came together was for Dil Raju’s Ra Randoi Veduka chuddam.
But, who will play foil for Venkatesh? Getting a senior heroine is proving to be very difficult these days. The unit tried for Nayanthara, but she couldn’t adjust the dates. So, the unit has zeroed in on Shriya Saran. This has proved that Shriya is among the best choices for senior heroes.
This film is important for Naga Chaitanya, who of late, is passing through a very lean phase in his career. He hopes that his film with uncle Venky will be a hit like his film with his dad Nagarjuna.
