‘Vangaveeti’ fame Sandeep Kumar is all set to come up with a biopic on a student leader named George Reddy. The movie will show the student movements in OU between 1962 and 1972.
George Reddy is a cult leader who also led a socialist movement but rivals assassinated him in the hostel of Osmania University in Hyderabad. Titled as ‘George Reddy’, the movie has been written and directed by Jeevan Reddy of ‘Dalam’ fame. The makers have unveiled the first look poster of the movie today which features Sandeep Kumar holding the mic in George Reddy’s avatar. He is looking powerful and energetic and the poster is increasing the expectations on the movie. Satyadev, Shatru and Naveen Bethiganti are playing vital roles in the film.
Produced by Appi Reddy on Mic Movies, the movie is garnering positive response with the first look poster itself. ‘George Reddy is Suresh Bobbili’s musical. Sudhakar Reddy Yokkanti is handling the camera.
