Did you know that Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has been selling his luxury properties recently? Reports suggest that he has sold multiple apartments, including a high-end luxury flat in Mumbai’s Oberoi 360 West Tower.

Despite experiencing a few box office failures, his recent film Sky Force turned out to be a hit. However, his decision to sell properties is not directly linked to his film career but due to some personal financial issues.

Also as per reports, Akshay Kumar and his wife, Twinkle Khanna, sold their Mumbai apartment for a whopping ₹80 crore. The deal was finalized on January 31, 2025, making it one of the biggest real estate transactions in recent times. Reports say that a woman named Pallavi Jain purchased it and even paid ₹4.8 crore in stamp duty.

Also, In 2017, he bought a property in Borivali for ₹2.38 crore and later sold it for ₹4.25 crore, making a 78% profit. Stars like Shahid Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, and business tycoons like Radhakishan Damani (D-Mart founder) also own apartments in this luxurious building.

His recent film Sky Force was a huge success, and he is now filming a horror-comedy Bhoot Bangla directed by Priyadarshan. He is also set to appear in Hera Pheri 3 alongside Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty.

Akshay Kumar’s real estate moves continue to make headlines, but his fans are more excited about his upcoming films. Will his next movies bring him back to box office dominance? Only time will tell!
