Malayalam beauty Anu Emmanuel made her debut in Telugu film industry with Nani starrer Majnu. Later, she was seen in Kittu Unnadu Jagratha, Oxygen, Agnyaathavaasi, and Naa Peru Surya and Naa Illu India. Even though she acted along star heroes, she couldn’t make it big as all of those films were flops.
After Naa Peru Surya, she hasn’t been signing a lot of films. She was seen in Naga Chaitanya’s Shailaja Reddy Alludu, which was also a flop. All these results made her retrospect her choices. Thus, she has decided not to sign any film just by looking at the star cast.
In a recent interview, she said, ” I think it is not good to do glamorous roles throughout my career. Already, I’ve faced a few disappointments by opting to do glamorous roles. From now on, I’ve decided to go through the entire script and analyze my character, before signing a film.”
