Bhojpuri actress Rani Chatterjee has threatened to kill herself alleging online harassment from a man identified Dhananjay Singh. She said that for the past few years, Dhananjay Singh has been harassing her through Facebook posts. Although she approached Cyber Cells but they refused to take action against him stating that since he hasn’t taken her name in the posts. She has now said that she is battling depression for many years and if anything happens to her, the blame goes on Dhananjay, she told the Mumbai police officials in her post.
She wrote, “Main kayi saalon se iss baat ko lekar pareshaan ho chuki hoon, maansik tanaav se guzar rahi hoon. Yeh chahta hai ki main apni jaan de doon. Iski wajah se mere niji zindagi mein bahut tanaav hai.”
“Ab himmat nahi bachi. Ya toh main atmahatya kar loon kyunki main bahut bure depression se gujar rahi hoon iski wajah se kayi saalon se. Ab aur nahi hota bardasht,” she added.
