The Telugu Film Journalist Association recently celebrated its 20th anniversary with great excitement. Renowned film producer Dil Raju was among the distinguished guests, sharing insights into his upcoming project, Family Star.
Explaining the movie’s title, Dil Raju clarified that “Family Star” doesn’t focus solely on one actor like Vijay Deverakonda. Instead, it celebrates individuals who uphold their family’s honor and contribute positively to society.
During the event, Dil Raju expressed, “When we announced the movie title as ‘Family Star,’ many assumed it was about Vijay Deverakonda. But our intention is broader. We want to highlight anyone who works hard for their family’s well-being and reputation in society. Even myself, Srinivas Reddy Garu, and Narayana Murthy Garu, started from humble beginnings and earned respect in the industry, making our families proud.”
“Family Star” reunites Vijay Deverakonda and director Parasuram after their successful collaboration in “Geetha Govindam.” The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna in a special cameo role, adding to the excitement.
The first single, “Nandanandanaa,” composed by music director Gopi Sundar, has already garnered attention. Produced by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations banner, the film boasts a talented technical crew.
Director Parasuram, known for his work in “Sarkaru Vaari Paata,” promises another entertaining film with “Family Star.” Audiences eagerly anticipate Vijay Deverakonda’s performance following his recent success in “Kushi.”
Set for release on April 5, “Family Star” promises a captivating cinematic experience, blending heartfelt storytelling with compelling performances.
