Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor has been tested coronavirus positive for fifth consecutive time. The singer is undergoing tretment at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) in Lucknow. The doctor Prof. RK Dhiman added that although tested positive, she is is showing no symptoms and her condition is stable.
Kanika had earlier returned from London on March 9 to India. Post her land she attended many high-profile events and partied with many socialites. After she tested positive on March 20, she received flak on social media including form celebrities for hiding her travel history and spreading the coronavirus. Her post before March 20 which now has been deleted reads, “I got myself tested and it came positive for Covid-19. My family and I are in complete quarantine now and following medical advice on how to move forward. Contact mapping of people I have been in touch with is underway as well.”
