Muslim man held who liked licked currency notes. The man in question is Sayyad Jameel Sayyad Babu, who was arrested by Nashik police, Maharashtra. The man was arrested after his post in TikTok went viral where he was seen licking the curency notes and also wiping his nose with them. He father adds his community people instigating to do the same to spread the pandemic.
Speaking about the arrest, a official said, “He also said in the video that the pandemic would intensify further. After the video went viral, we arrested him. He has been remanded in police custody till April 7 by a court in Malegaon,”
