Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is playing a cop’s role once again in an upcoming Telugu film directed by Sagar Chandra. The film’s official announcement came out for Dusshera. The untitled movie is the official remake of Ayyappanum Koshiyum, a blockbuster in Malayalam cinema, released this year. There is a rumor doing rounds on social media that the film is titled ‘Billa Ranga’.When contacted the film’s director Sagar Chandra, he clarified that the ‘Billa Ranga’ is not the film’s title.
The pre-production works of the film are currently in progress. Pawan Kalyan essays the role of a police officer that was played by Biju Menon in the original. The film unit is yet to confirm another actor’s name who reprises Prithviraj Sukumaran’s role in the movie.Suryadevara Naga Vamsi produces the film under the Sithara Entertainments banner. Thaman will compose the music for this actioner.On the other hand, Pawan Kalyan has Vakeel Saab, a film with Krish Jagarlamudi, a film with Harish Shankar, and one with Surender Reddy on cards.
