Quick Gun Murugan is the 2009 English film directed by Shashanka Ghosh. It had Rajendra Prasad as the protagonist while Rambha, Nasser, Ranvir Shorey, Vinay Pathak and Sandhya Mridhul played the other lead roles. It was basically an Indianized western film. The film was commercially successful and was also screened at many film festivals all across the world.
Apparently, the makers are planning to make a sequel for this comedy caper. This will also have Rajendra Prasad in the lead role. It is still unclear that whether it will be the continuation of the first part or it will be totally a new story. The shoot will commence from February next year.
