Sankranthiki Vasthunnam skips OTT release; Here’s big suprise
The Telugu film Sankranthiki Vasthunnam has become a huge success at the box office. Featuring Venkatesh, Meenakshi Chaudhary and Aishwarya Rajesh in lead roles, the movie is directed by Anil Ravipudi. While many fans were expecting its OTT release soon, they were surprised by a new announcement.
ZEE, which holds both the satellite and digital streaming rights has decided to premiere the movie on Zee Telugu before making it available on OTT. This move has delayed the digital release prioritizing television viewers. However, the OTT release date has not been disclosed yet.

The film has already made a strong impact financially. With a budget of ₹50 crores, it has earned ₹178 crores so far, resulting in a ₹128 crore profit. Using the formula ‘ROI/Budget × 100 = ROI%’, the return on investment stands at an impressive 256%.
Apart from the main cast, the film also features Naresh, Srinivas Avasarala, Revanth, and VTV Ganesh in important roles. Produced by Shirish under Sri Venkateswara Creations, the movie’s soundtrack composed by Bheems Ceciroleo has also been well received.
With its television premiere happening soon, audiences are eagerly waiting to see when it will be available for streaming.
