The recent uproar regarding the screen distribution of the Sankranthi releases “Guntur Kaaram” and “Hanu Man” has seen producer and Film Chamber President, Dil Raju, stepping up to address the situation. Dil Raju, who holds the distribution rights for “Guntur Kaaram” in the Nizam region, faced criticism due to alleged unfair allocation of screens, impacting the availability of theaters for “Hanu Man.”

Dil Raju has given a powerful response to this recent trouble about the Sankranthi movies, especially the sharing of screens for “Guntur Kaaram” and “Hanu Man.”

Dil Raju, who is also the President of the Film Chamber, organized meetings with the producers of all Sankranthi movies to handle the problem. Unfortunately, certain websites apparently twisted the facts, causing Dil Raju to react strongly. He showed his frustration, mentioning that he has dealt with similar problems during Sankranthi movie releases for the last 7-8 years.

Responding to the situation, Dil Raju said, “I’ve been maintaining a composed stance all this while, but I won’t remain silent any longer. If this trend persists, consequences will follow,”. He also cautioned all with the word Thatta Thista.

Furthermore, Dil Raju rebuffed claims regarding the distribution of a Tamil-dubbed film (Alayan) and clarified that he had postponed its Telugu release to ensure a seamless premiere for the Telugu movies.

Meanwhile, Guntur Kaaram starring Mahesh Babu and directed by Trivikram Srinivas also stars Jagapathi Babu and Jayaram and is produced by S Radha Krishna for Haarika and Haasine Creations. The crew includes music composer S Thaman, cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa, production designer AS Prakash and editor Naveen Nooli.

On the other hand, Hanu Man written and directed by Prasanth Varma is produced by Niranjan Reddy Kandagatla under Primeshow Entertainment. It features an ensemble cast of Teja Sajja, Amritha Aiyer, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Raj Deepak Shetty and Vinay Rai.
