1. Double Ismart – 22% Recovery

Released in 2024, Double Ismart was a sequel to the successful Ismart Shankar. Despite the anticipation, the film garnered only 22% of its investment, leading to substantial losses for the producers.

2. NTR Kathanayakudu – 28% Recovery

This 2019 biographical drama, based on the life of Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, failed to resonate with audiences. With a recovery of just 28%, it stands as one of TFI’s significant financial setbacks.

3. Liger – 31% Recovery

Starring Vijay Deverakonda, Liger was a 2022 sports action film that aimed to make a mark but fell short, recovering only 31% of its budget. The film’s underperformance was a disappointment for fans and investors alike.

4. Bholaa Shankar – 33% Recovery

Featuring Chiranjeevi, Bholaa Shankar was a 2023 action entertainer that managed to recover just 33% of its investment, marking it as a significant box office failure.

5. Acharya – 35% Recovery

Released in 2022, Acharya starred the father-son duo Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan. Despite high expectations, the film recouped only 35% of its budget, resulting in considerable financial losses.

6. Radhe Shyam – 40% Recovery

This 2022 romantic drama, featuring Prabhas, was anticipated to be a blockbuster. However, it recovered just 40% of its substantial budget, making it one of the notable flops in TFI.

As Bigg Boss Telugu Season 8 nears its grand finale on December 15, 2024, fans are eagerly waiting to see who will take home the trophy among the top five finalists: Gautham, Nikhil, Nabeel, Prerana, and Avinash. Gautham is currently leading, but the winner is yet to be decided. Here’s a recap of all the winners from Season 1 to Season 7:

Season 1 (2017)
The first season of Bigg Boss Telugu saw Siva Balaji as the winner, with Aadarsh Balakrishna as the runner-up. Siva took home Rs. 50 lakhs.

Season 2 (2018)
Kaushal Manda won the second season, also earning Rs. 50 lakhs. Geetha Madhuri was the runner-up.

Season 3 (2019)
Rahul Sipligunj emerged victorious in Season 3, taking home Rs. 50 lakhs. Sreemukhi was the runner-up.

Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad to arrive in USA to rock Telugu diaspora

The North American Seemandhra Association’s is known for hosting some memorable programmes for the Telugu diaspora who settled in the United States of America. Peoples Media Factory chairman TG Vishwaprasad has yet came forward to host an event in the USA.

It may be recalled that he organised numerous stunning events and one such event was the light show with 150 Tesla cars in the display. That was when the film ‘RRR’ won Oscars for its song Naatu Naatu. Ram Miriyala, a young outstanding vocalist, has recently performed in a number of locations in the USA. These shows have had an overwhelming response from Telugu fans.

Recently, the People Media Factory CEO, TG Vishwaprasad, announced that similar music performances with Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad will be organised along with the NASAA. Megastar Chiranjeevi officially released the motion-poster video on Instagram and Twitter handles.

The concert will be held in Dallas on July 2, July 8 in Philadelphia, July 15 in Seattle, July 22 in San Jose and July 29 in Chicago. Singer Indrawati, Sagar, Geetha Madhuri, Hema Chandra, Rita, Pridhvi and Mounika will enthrall audiences during the concerts. Popular anchor and actress Anasuya will host these shows.
