Priyadarshi has been trying different roles – a serious-yet-comic one in ‘Balagam’, has earned a name for himself. And his next web show titled ‘Save The Tigers’ looks very quirky with a good dose of humour. Abhinav Gomattam joins him to dish out some serious comedy to audiences.
Comedy films are considered ‘family films’. And comedy, if nicely woven around ‘marriage and relationship’ can never go wrong. Save the Tigers is a humorous drama involving the lives of three couples Ganta Ravi and Hymavathi (played by Priyadarshi and Jordaar Sujatha), Goutam and Madhuri (played by Abhinav Gomattam and Pavani Gangireddy), Vikram and Deviyani (played by Chaitanya Krishna and Deviyani) respectively.
The show ventures into the world of three frustrated husbands who bumped into each other by chance. And their bond goes on to harden strongly over the daily problems arising out of marriage. And how their daily meetings at a pub end up inconclusive in the story in short.
Streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar on April 27, ‘Save the Tigers’, the Telugu and Hindi web Series is Mahi V Raghava’s digital debut (through his production company Three Autumn Leaves).
