Samantha is super confident that Shaakuntalam will do well. That is the reason, she is promoting it on an aggressive note. She is the only one on the team who is giving interviews.
Gunasekhar is not much upfront and has not been much vocal about the film apart from a few interviews. He says that Shaakuntalam will touch the sensitivities of one and all.
Samantha is playing a big role and she says that this is the first time a South star has been part of such a big Pan-India project. Dev Mohan is the main lead and he adds no credit to the film.
Dil Raju has co-produced and he is not much vocal about the film, unlike the ones which he generally produces. So only solid word of mouth can save Samantha’s film now.
