If you think that kisses alone can draw the audience to the cinema theatres, then Emran Hashmi should have been the topmost superstar of Indian industry. But, some producers seem to think that kiss is the passport to success.
A few kisses and youthful appeal has helped films like RX 100 and Arjun Reddy. Even talented directors like the one who made quality fare like Minugurulu, seem to believe this. So, he doled out 24 kisses with Hebah Patel. Given Hebah’s onscreen image of a free-willed, no-holds-barred girl, one knew there would be a lot of hot romantic scenes.
But, when the film was finally released, there was a huge disappointment as only the arousing title and sexy presence of Hebah seem to be the draws. Otherwise, there is nothing in the film that enthuses the youthful audience. Also, if Hebah continues to choose films like this, she is sure to be typecasted.
