Will Lakshmi’s NTR hit theatres before elections?

Ram Gopal Varma’s directorial Lakshmi’s NTR is all gearing for a worldwide release on 22nd of this month. But now, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leaders have requested the election commission to ban the release of the movie as it may affect the upcoming polls in Andhra Pradesh.

The TDP leaders felt that the film would derogate their head and it may affect the results of assembly and Lok Sabha polls. Meanwhile, Lakshmi Parvathy responded quite strongly to this issue. She said ” I don’t understand why Chandrababu is afraid of this film. If he is not guilty of whatever happened in the past, he shouldn’t worry about it at all.”
