Rajamouli’s RRR is one of the exciting projects in the making. Jr NTR and Ram Charan play the roles of Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetaramaraju, respectively. The film unit launched ‘Ramaraju for Bheem’ teaser recently, which unveiled the look of Jr NTR from the movie. One of the shots from the teaser erupted a controversy. The film unit showed Komaram Bheem (played by Jr NTR) in Muslim attire. The tribal community leaders and the members of the Hindutva community objected to the same. Komaram Bheem’s grandson responded to the same, saying that the teaser offended him. 
The latest to join them is Telangana state BJP President Bandi Sanjay.Bandi Sanjay took to his Twitter profile to give his response over the same. “We are offended by the teaser of RRR. We object to Rajamouli, showcasing Komaram Bheem in Muslim attire.” tweeted Sanjay Kumar. He also questioned the film unit if they had the guts to make a film with the Muslim leader or any nawab of the Nizam regime with a tilak on the forehead and wearing a saffron dress.Bandi Sanjay Kumar also clarified that they are not against the lead actors of the film. “We will not remain calm if anyone hurt our sentiments. It has become a fashion for filmmakers to hurt the sentiments of Hindus,” revealed Sanjay Kumar.The film unit is yet to make a statement on this ongoing controversy.
