Bengaluru police officials have booked a case against Kannada actor Duniya Vijay‘s first wife, Nagaratna, for assaulting his second wife Keerthi at their residence. Nagaratna has been on the run after police officials came to her house to arrest her. It is learnt that Nagaratna has hit Keerthi with a slipper, after whihc the actor filed a case against his first wife. According to sources, Nagaratna and Keerthi had a fight over the custody of Monica.

Of late, Duniya Vijay has been entangled in issues. Previously, his 18-year-old daughter Monica, who has filed a complaint against her father of abuse and assault.
According to reports, Monica, born from the first marriage with Nagarathna, is said to have gone to Vijay’s house to collect he clothes, wherein Duniya Vijay, his second wife Keerthi Gowda, driver Mohammad, Hemanth and Vinod then abused and assaulted her. The victim added that her head was hit against the wall.
A case against Duniya Vijay, Keerthi Gowda, driver Mohammed, Hemanth and Vinod under Sections 341, 324, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) has been registered. Meanwhile, Duniya Vijay says he is wrongly framed by his daughter adding he hasn’t done anything wrong.
