In yet another major accident, a TCS employee was mowed down to death after hit by RTC bus. The victim has been identified as Sohini Saxena (30). The incident happened on Road No 12, Banjara Hills here.
Angry locals present at the spot thrashed the driver after damaging the window panes of the bus. The police who arrived subsequently took the driver into custody. According to reports, the deceased was driving a Honda Activa when she was hit by the bus and died on spot. The driver was said to be a temporary RTC driver, alleged that the brakes of the bus had failed. He was later held by the people who started thrashing him. The body was sent for a post mortem examination. A case of negligent driving causing death has been registered against the driver.
