Super Star Rajinikanth’s highly-anticipated family entertainer, Annaatthe, is one of the biggies which was stalled due to the lockdown since March. Many thought that the film will be stalled completely but that did not happen. 
The shooting of this film started in Hyderabad and Rajini also took part in it. But at the last moment, he fell sick and called off his shoot along with his political party. He went back to Chennai and is resting at home happily. Then, news came out that the film has been stalled as of now and director Siva is busy with another film in the meantime. To silence the rumors, the producers have cleared the air and now the film will now release on November 4th. Keerthy Suresh is the heroine of this film.
