Oke Okkadu To Have a Sequel Without Arjun

Mudhalvan is a very popular Tamil movie that released in 1999. The film was written, produced and directed by popular director S. Shankar and it had Arjun Sarja, Manisha Koirala and Raghuvaran in the lead roles. The movie was released in Telugu with the title Oke Okkadu and has become a huge hit at the box office. The latest buzz in the film industry is that a sequel is on cards for Oke Okkadu.

As the director is currently promoting his new movie at a brisk pace, he has been speaking a lot of things about his career. In one such interview, Shankar revealed that he may direct Oke Okkadu sequel if things go well. Surprisingly, Shankar said that he wanted to do the sequel with Ilayathalapathy Vijay instead of the actual lead Arjun. Shankar also explained that Vijay is doing a lot of political films in the recent past and hence he felt that Vijay would be perfect for Oke Okkadu sequel.
