The Cannes international film festival is one arena where a number of stars decent and showcase their talent. Films from several countries are aired there and heavy duty promotions are done.
But this year along with Deepika, Aishwarya and Amy Jackson, star sizzler, Shruthi Haasan will be walking the red carpet. Shruthi will be gracing the occasion for the launch of her big budget Tamil film Sangamitra.
The film is being made by G Sundar and has many actors playing pivotal roles. A R Rahman will also be there.
