Sridevi Looked Forward To Jhanvi’s Debut: Sanjay Kapoor

Sridevi’s brother-in-law Sanjay Kapoor says that nobody saw this coming including the veteran actress herself.

He said, “She was hale and hearty, and looked happy at the wedding. I am shocked at how quickly things turned for the worse. She was looking forward to Jhanvi’s debut, and her own films. None of us saw this coming, she didn’t either.”

Her older daughter Jhanvi is all set to make her debut with Dhadak and is being launched by Karan Johar, which is set to be out on July 6. Sadly, Sridevi passed away too early without seeing her daughter’s launch.

The actress, 54, passed away in Dubai on late Saturday night. The death reports say that she died due to accidental drowning. However, now doubts have raised over her death as it is being said that it was a hotel staffer who raised alarm about the death. The Dubai police have forwarded the case to public prosecutors office.
