Actress Amala Paul is all set to make Bollywood debut in with Arjun Rampal, to be directed by Naresh Malhotra. Amala says that the role was a tailor-made for her and no-auditioning was done, as director Naresh had seen her body of work. The film will go on floors from October and shoot will be done in the Himalayas, which made Amala excited.
“I’ve been getting Bollywood offers for a while now, but I was waiting to choose the right project. I’ve got offers where the makers would ask me if was comfortable in a bikini. I’d tell them, yes, I am, but what more is there to my role,” says Amala.
Asked about if she needs Hindi lessons, she says that her Hindi is quite good enough as she has lived in Delhi for a while. Apart from the Hindi projects, the actress has bagged plum projects, too. She has bagged Aadujeevitham. “Happy and honoured to be part of Blessy’s Aadujeevitham as Sainu, which is set to be a visual spectacle in 3D along with Prithviraj, legend AR Rahman, Resul Pookutty and KU Mohanan. This gathering of master is going to make waves in world cinema,” Amala tweeted about her Aadujeevitham project.
