Ashwin Babu, the younger brother of star anchor Omkhar is out with his new film Hidimbha. The film has a good premise but is faltered by some dull narration by the director feel many of those who watched the film.
But one aspect which has caught on all over is the performance of Ashwin Babu. The young actor does well as a cop and is impressive in all the action sequences. But his act in the key climax of the film is over the top.
All those who watched the film say that it is the overaction of Ashwin Babu spoilt the key twist in the film. Nandita Setha was also cast as a cop and she was also not apt as a cop feel many.
But Ashwin Babu who is a decent performer is not handled properly in the climax which is the key. Had he handled the situation on a balanced note, the output would have been different.
