Cashing the craze and success of the movie Khaidi, Karthi came up with the movie Donga that released on Friday but looking at the performance of the film, it is not creating any impact at the box-office and it failed to recreate the magic of Khaidi, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
Karthi is undoubtedly one of the major plus points for this movie. The way Karthi blended with the character is really impressive and we can say that he has delivered his best performance in the film. Jyothika is truly an asset to this film. Especially the scenes between Jyothika and Karthi are emotional and the audience can easily connect with their characters. But, somehow, the film failed to connect to the audiences emotionally.
