Soggade Chinni Nayana is one of the biggest hits in the career of King Nagarjuna. Release during Sankranti 2016, this film was a major success and the character Bangarraju, played by Nagarjuna, got a rave response from the audience. Lavanya Tripathi and Ramya Krishna were the heroines of the film.
Now, the plans are being made to make a prequel of this film featuring Baggaraju character as the lead. It will also be directed by Kalyana Krishna. According to the sources, Kalyan has finished the script work and waiting for Nagarjuna’s call to take it on to the floors.
It seems that Jyothika will play the female lead in the film. Both Nag and Jyothika acted earlier in the film Mass. After getting married to Suriya, Jyotika had stayed away from films for a while and started working again, a couple of years back. An official update regarding this news is expected to be announced soon.
