NTR to Team Up with This Tamil Filmmaker
Young Tiger Jr NTR is currently one of the busiest stars in Telugu cinema. While he’s already making his Bollywood debut with War 2 alongside Hrithik Roshan, he is also shooting for a big-budget pan-India film titled Dragon, directed by Prashanth Neel.
After Dragon, NTR is also expected to work on Devara 2 with Koratala Siva and another untitled film with director Trivikram Srinivas. However, a new buzz is spreading fast in the film industry—NTR might be teaming up with popular Tamil director Nelson Dilipkumar.
This speculation started when producer Naga Vamsi wished Nelson on his birthday through a special social media post, hinting that a “big screen treat” is on the way. Fans believe this message is a clear sign that a film with NTR and Nelson is in the works.

Nelson has directed films like Beast with Vijay and the blockbuster Jailer with Rajinikanth. After the success of Jailer, Nelson has gained a strong market in Tamil cinema. A collaboration with NTR, a powerful mass hero, could be a fire-packed combination for a pan-India audience.
Though NTR already has a tight schedule, sources say there might be changes in his line-up to accommodate this exciting project. If everything goes as planned, the NTR–Nelson film could go on floors soon.
Fans are thrilled at the idea of this combo. The mix of Nelson’s entertaining direction and NTR’s intense screen presence could result in a massive box office success. However, there is no official confirmation yet. Everyone is waiting for an official announcement to know the truth.
