Sri Reddy who has been voicing against casting couch in Telugu and Tamil industry has now stated that she would kill herself if justice is not delivered. The small-time actress said that she is being labelled as a prostitute which is painful to hear such things. “I am a victim. Except crying I am not able to get justice. People call me a prostitute and it’s hurting to hear such things. How will my family will ever take it? I feel like committing suicide (sic),” she added saying that prostitution involves money and she was never paid.

“I am a single lady. All I did was to fight against casting couch. There are many girls out there in a situation similar to mine. When a Malayalam actress was attacked the entire industry was with her. But here I am all alone. I don’t even have parents behind me,” she added.
Sri Reddy has called out names of Nani, Raghava Lawrence, Sundeep Kishan and Srikanth, and directors AR Murugadoss and Sundar C of sexually exploiting her. Recently, Sri Reddy approached Nadigar Sangam of Tamil industry to take up the issue. However, the actress adds that no one has come forward to resolve her issue and or take up the matter.
Meanwhile, in the ensuing battle of the casting couch, Sri Reddy has a silver lining as the noted producer in Tami from industry Kutty Padmini offered a role in hers serials and web-series to Sri Reddy.
