Himani has represented India in several tennis tournaments. In 2017, she participated in the World University Games in Taipei. She also competed at the national level for Delhi University.
In 2016, Himani won a gold medal at the World Junior Tennis Championship held in Malaysia. According to the All India Tennis Association (AITA), her highest national ranking was 42 in singles and 27 in doubles. She started playing in AITA tournaments in 2018.
