Anchor Suma is a name to reckon with on the small screen. The popular anchor is a busy bee with many shows in her kitty. Now, Suma has come forward by helping the victims hit by cyclone Titli. Suma has taken up measue to build a hosue in Kaligam by revamoing it udenr her own expenses. Ask her about her measure, she says that her driver hails from the same area and informed her about the need for renovation of a couple’s house.

“We have already built the walls. My friends in the district are personally supervising the work and are giving me timely updates,” says Suma. Apart from this Suma will be helping the farmers by providing financial aid who lost thier crops. “They have been left stranded without any source of income forthcoming months. It’s important that citizens chip in their bit for a restoration of these areas that’ll ensure a speedy path towards normalcy. One needs to understand that this is not about merely transferring money to their accounts but giving it to those who need it,” she quips.
