Just a few weeks back, the film industry was hustling and bustling with activities. But things have slowed down a bit as the cases of Covid have started to rise in a big way all over the country. This has left many in a tizzy. There are so many films lined up for a release and seeing the cases, many banners have started to make alternate plans. Some are planning to postpone their film and some are even trying to sell their film for an OTT release. Back-to-back releases were announced but the news is that most of the films will be postponed and will come out only after the scare goes down. So, once again, you might start seeing more films coming out on the OTT platforms in the days to come. For now, the industry is on the backfoot.
