‘Jersey’ star Shraddha Srinath came onboard as the female lead for Daggubati Venkatesh’s landmark 75th film titled ‘Saindhav’.
Directed by Sailesh Kolanu, the film is being filmed in the port city of Visakhapatnam. The film is being bankrolled by Venkat Boyanapalli under the banner of Niharika Entertainment. It has completed the first schedule in Hyderabad. After a small break, the second schedule is flagged off in Vizag with the lead cast taking part in it.
On Saturday, the makers disclosed her character in the film as Manognya. It is known that Bollywood versatile actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is making his Tollywood debut with ‘Saindhav’. It is a star-studded film where every character has its own significance. The movie has an eminent team of technicians handling different crafts.
Santosh Narayanan is composing the music. S Manikandan cranks the camera, while Garry BH is the editor and Avinash Kolla is the production designer. Kishore Thallur is the co-producer. The makers will announce the remaining cast soon. ‘Saindhav’ is touted to be projected as a pan-India film which will be released in all southern languages and in Hindi the coming Christmas.
