Model, actor Aman Preet, brother of actress Rakul Preet Singh who oversees most of her business ventures in Hyderabad, is getting ready to don the grease paint with Ninne Pelladatha, named after the popular Nagarjuna-Tabu starrer that won the hearts of many audiences in the 90s. The film being directed by Vaikuntha Bonnu has Aman co-starring Siddhika, Saikumar, Sita and Indraja in crucial roles. The film is being bankrolled by Bollineni Ramya and Velugodu Sridhar Babu under the banner of Ambika Arts and Ishwari Arts.
Sakhuda, the second lyrical video of the film’s music album was released by Rakul Preet via social media earlier this week. Written by lyricist Chaitanya Prasad, the number composed by Navneeth was sung by popular singer Chinmayi Sripada. Producers Bollineni Ramya and Velugodu Sridhar Babu are hopeful that the luck factor associated with the title of the Nagarjuna starrer would rub onto their project as well.
The makers promise meaty roles for the lead actors in the film that still has a few sequences pending for shoot. Sijju, Annapurnamma, Madhunandan play supporting roles in Ninne Plladatha. What Aman certainly needs is the persistence of his star-sister to make it big in the industry. The rest, only time shall have a say.
