Rashmika Mandanna wowed us with her debut film Chalo. In Geetha Govindam, she won everyone’s hearts with her performance and looks. Now, she is doing Dear Comrade with Vijay Devarakonda. In this film, she will play a cricketer. Set in the rural milief, the film would be shot in and around Kakinada in East Godavari district.
The film is being helmed by Bharat Kamma. Mythri Movie Makers are making the film. An estimated 60 per cent of the shoot is over. The film is promising to be a pure action and love entertainer.
Another interesting aspect is that Vijay Devarakonda will speak in typical East Godavari dialect for this film. Till now, one saw his speaking only in Telangana dialect. Now he would be seen as a quintessential Andhra lad. The film is set for release in April.
