Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Dear Comrade has released last week amidst huge anticipation. The film had a simultaneous release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. But it got a divided talk right from the first show hinting on its failure.
The film performed well during the weekend as all the tickets were booked in advance. But the decline has started during the weekdays. Right from Monday, the collections have dropped drastically and it failed to earn around one lakh rupees in many areas, which is a worrying sign.
The trade analysts are predicting that the film might end up the distributors in losses by the end of its lifetime run. Anyways, there is a huge pressure on Vijay to score a big hit with his next film after this failure. Dear Comrade is directed by Bharat Kamma and bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers and Big Ben Cinemas.
