HIT 3 Week 1 Box Office Collections
The Telugu action thriller HIT: The Third Case (also called HIT 3), starring Nani, had a strong start at the box office, but its collections are now slowing down. As the film enters its seventh day in theaters, reports suggest that the earnings are dipping, which is a common trend for many movies after their opening weekend.
In the first six days, HIT 3 made around ₹58.41 crore across India. The day-wise earnings show a clear drop after the weekend:
Day 1 (Thursday): ₹21 crore
Day 2 (Friday): ₹10.5 crore
Day 3 (Saturday): ₹10.4 crore
Day 4 (Sunday): ₹10.25 crore
Day 5 (Monday): ₹3.65 crore
Day 6 (Tuesday): ₹2.61 crore (approximate)
For Day 7 (Wednesday), the data is still being collected, but early signs show a further decrease.
Directed by Sailesh Kolanu, the movie continues the story from the previous films in the HIT series. Nani plays SP Arjun Sarkaar, a police officer pulled into a secret mission that uncovers a criminal network working through the dark web. The story follows intense investigations and thrilling twists.
The movie also stars Srinidhi Shetty, Komalee Prasad, and Ravindra Vijay. It was filmed in different locations, including Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, and Jammu & Kashmir. The film was released worldwide on May 1, 2025.
HIT 3 was produced by Wall Poster Cinema and Unanimous Productions. While the film did well during the first weekend, its future success now depends on how it performs in the second weekend. With new films releasing soon, it might face strong competition. If it wants to continue doing well, it will need strong support from fans and viewers.
Movie lovers and trade experts are now waiting to see if HIT 3 can bounce back in the coming days and maintain a solid run at the box office.\
