Single OTT: When and where to watch Sree Vishnu’s film online
The Telugu romantic comedy film Single, starring Sree Vishnu, hit the big screens on May 9, 2025. Directed by Caarthick Raju and jointly produced by Geetha Arts and Kalya Films, the movie brings together love, fun, and emotion. The film features Ketika Sharma, Ivana and Vennela Kishore in important roles with Allu Aravind presenting the project.
Single was first introduced with the working title #SV18 on Sree Vishnu’s birthday in February 2024. The official title and trailer were later revealed in early 2025, creating buzz among fans. The story follows Vijay, a bank employee played by Sree Vishnu, who falls in love with Purva, portrayed by Ketika Sharma. However, his life gets complicated when Harini (Ivana) who has feelings for him, keeps chasing him. As the story progresses, unexpected emotions and secrets unfold between the characters.
Audiences are currently enjoying the movie in theatres, but those waiting for the digital release have some good news. Reports suggest that Amazon Prime Video has bought the OTT rights to Single for a significant price. While the exact date for the online release has not been officially confirmed, it is expected to premiere on Prime Video a few weeks after the theatrical run.
The film’s technical crew includes R. Velraj as the cinematographer, Vishal Chandrashekhar as the music director, and Praveen KL as the editor. Dialogues were penned by Bhanu Bhogavarapu and Nandu Savirigana, with Chandrika Gorrepati handling production design.
Single has received a warm response in theatres, thanks to its blend of humor and heartfelt storytelling. With the OTT release around the corner, fans who missed the theatrical experience will soon get to enjoy the film at home.
